Refurbished and extended youth centre fit-out in East Sussex delivering a multi-use hall, admin suite and café-style kitchen, with robust, low-maintenance finishes and full accessibility.

Jack Rafter delivered the internal fit-out and compliance package for a modern youth centre designed for daily community use.

We restored and reimagined this historic commercial property to bring it back into active use for the town. Works included careful façade repair and redecoration, refurbishment of the arched timber windows, and a new ground-floor shopfront.

Full refurbishment of yellow wing stroke ward on the ground floor. All aspect of carpentry undertaken including door sets, skirting, architrave, boxing in pipework, window boards, kitchenette installs, Ips panel install.

These newly built changing rooms and community space will assist the local community football pitches along with new changing facilities and also a new bowling green for the local bowls club. Jack Rafter carried out all carpentry requirements on this project including erection of the lockers and benches.
